Pauline Anderson
Board of Trustees Chairperson
Pauline has been on the Board for The Mount Cargill Trust for the past 8 years, 2 of these as Chair. She is an experienced organisational development specialist whose principle work involves mentoring/coaching, organisational reviews, wellbeing, training and strategy development focused on people.
Pauline has been a Mentor with Business Mentors Otago. She has also been a member of several Boards of Trustees, including having been Chair and a Board member of Taieri College BOT for the past 6 years. Pauline has previously served on the Stroke Foundation of NZ board.
Pauline is also experienced internationally having worked in the UK, Ireland, Australia and domestically throughout New Zealand. Pauline has worked with teams across levels from Governance, CEO and senior management to administration and operational levels.
Pauline has also run her own successful consultancy providing people guidance to organisations. More recently she has launched an app (Mocksey) to help applicants practice job interviews and also works for Givenwell as a Wellbeing specialist.
