Craig Paddon
Board of Trustees Chairperson
Craig joined the Board in April 1996 – 25 years of service to the Trust.
For the past 29 years Craig has practiced as a Lawyer in Dunedin and therefore, brings a wealth of business and legal experience to the Board.
In addition, Craig has served and chaired numerous NGO’s resulting in a comprehensive understanding of the issues that can arise especially in the context of governance and management. Through this Craig understands the need to work alongside fellow board members in a respectful and constructive manner.
In an increasingly difficult world, Craig believes that the work of The Mount Cargill Trust in providing a safe and supportive environment for those in our care is more important than ever.
As Chair, Craig’s vision is to create and maintain a strong, sustainable vibrant organisation that is capable of providing the service that it does for many years to come.
